International Trails Day

Join the Alton Grange Association, Caledon Hills Bruce Trail Club, Wild Outside (Dufferin) and the Caledon Public Library to celebrate International Trails Day at the Alton Branch on Saturday June 6 @ 1 pm! Drop in to enjoy visual presentations, hiking tips, family nature hike, door prizes, book giveaways, children’s activity table and loads of information on local trails.

It’s time for the Alton Grange Association’s AGM! This year, we’re switching it up and hosting an evening chat with naturalist and writer Don Scallen at local, solar-powered brewery GoodLot! All are welcome!
Doors open at 6:30 PM
Event is free, donations to AGA trail maintenance projects is welcome!
Light snacks will be provided (chips, nibbles)
Cash bar available (beer and non-alcoholic options)

Winter Hike & Bonfire (PAST)
Sunday February 15th 2026 – 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM @ Station Street Entrance
Join the Alton Grange Association for our annual Winter Hike and Bonfire on Sunday February 15th! Celebrate the winter hiking season with a short (30-45 minutes) or long (1-1.5 hour) hike, a bonfire, marshmallows and hot dogs (veggie dogs will also be available). All are welcome!
Remember to bring:
- warm and sturdy boots
- water and/or warm beverage
- hat, mitts and layers
- layers of clothes (this event is rain or shine)
- snow shovel (if you have – we will have some on hand)
Meet up at the Station Street entrance of the Grange – parking at the Alton Public Library is encouraged.
